Own boat tuition for motor cruising. £200 per day with a maximum of four people.

Tim can help in all aspects from navigation to marina manoeuvres. The same goes for Powerboats and sports boats with a maximum of 3 persons.

What better way of learning than on your own boat? The cost of the tuition can be divided by three of you, as you are only paying for the instructor. The syllabus is exactly the same as RYA Powerboat Level 2, Intermediate or the Advanced syllabus. Minimum safety equipment required. The vessel is insured by the owner for loss, damage and legal liability to third parties, The owner remains the skipper and legally responsible for the safe management of the vessel at all times even when under instruction. Own boat tuition can be taken anywhere near Southampton, Hamble, Portsmouth, Poole, Lymington and the Isle of Wight. For overseas training the cost of flights, accommodation and transfers will be added.
